Daniel Adrien le Leu de Wilhem - Herr van Besoyen
Son of Paul Sebastiaan le Leu de Wilhem (1691-1759) and Geertruij Noordheij (1707-1760).1 In 1759 he married Maria Philippina Jacoba Pieck.
Boswell dined splendidly at the Wilhem's in the Hague on December 26, 1763.
1The father, Paul Sebastiaan, was a respected lawyer and ship-owner, who acted as mayor of the city of Rotterdam several times between 1741 and 1756.
